'To me, aged 18, Mod became a code to live your life by. The eternal search for the right shirt, the perfect haircut, THAT album by The Impressions and so on. It was never easy, because if it was easy, everyone would do it, and Mod wasn't for everyone. Those who didn't get it, were left behind as we were forever marching forward, seeking new things to feed our minds. But overall to me, Mod means good times at great clubs with good people in great clothes. What more do you want in life at that age?'
